How it works:
- Schools provide space and permission for Upward Bound Staff to meet with participants
- School advisors (staff from the school) are contracted by UB to be a liaison between the target high school, students, and program
- School advisors meet with UB students regularly during in-school sessions
- UB academic advisors travel to schools weekly to work with students during in-school sessions
- Career and academic plans are reviewed during in-school sessions with students and academic advisors
